The Taiwan Institute of Sustainable Energy held a seminar on December 20th at the Far Eastern Plaza Hotel in Taipei to analyze and exchange insights on the first global inventory report after COP28. AMOT Secretary-General, Chang Huanyun, was invited to attend and share personal insights from speaking engagements and visits to various discussions in the blue and green zones of COP28 peripheral meetings at the United Nations.
