「2024有機世界大會」於2024年12月2日至4日在南華大學展開為期三天的會期，匯聚來自全球61個國家約600位關心有機產業的專家、學者及產官學界人士蒞臨參與，並分享各國有機領域的經驗、創新發展和知識。
The "2024 Organic World Congress" was held at Nanhua University from December 2 to 4 in 2024, featuring a three-day event that brings together approximately 600 experts, scholars, and representatives from the public, private, and academic sectors from 61 countries around the world. All the participants had shared experiences, innovations, and knowledge in the field of organic development from their respective countries.
本會的秘書長張奐雲也在會中發表演說，分享AMOT協會在這12年中推廣從產地到餐廳的食材溯源系統，並且建立全台1,600逾家的溯源餐廳使用可溯源的產銷履歷和有機食材。藉此，AMOT並將聯合國永續指標SDGs 12 永續消費及生產的理念推廣給超過百餘家上市企業如宏碁、華碩及Garmin等國際品牌公司的員工和其家庭。
Among them, our Secretary General Huang-Yun Chang had also given her speech elaborating AMOT’s effort to build up a farm-to-table food traceability system in 12 years, and facilitate the TGAP and organic food into exceeding 1,600 restaurants countrywide in Taiwan. By implementing our goal pursuing SDGs 12, we have solicited exceeding 100 listed companies to join, e.g Acer, ASUS, Garmin, etc.
台灣致力於永續有機農業，然而，面臨亞熱帶高溫高濕環境和降雨季節性的挑戰，病蟲害防治難度增加，並面對氣候變遷之挑戰，為了克服這些挑戰，農業部在花蓮縣成立了有機農業研究中心，作為亞洲第一個有機農業研究機構，致力於台灣有機農業的發展和升級。
Taiwan is committed to sustainable organic agriculture. However, it faces significant challenges due to its subtropical climate, characterized by high temperatures, high humidity, and seasonal rainfall, which increase the difficulty of pest and disease control. In addition, the impacts of climate change pose further threats. To overcome these challenges, the Ministry of Agriculture established the Organic Agriculture Research Center in Hualien County—the first of its kind in Asia—dedicated to advancing and upgrading organic agriculture in Taiwan.
本次三天的世界大會活動逾2,500人次參與，這是一個非常難得的國際盛會。透過本次盛會，臺灣與全球有機農業國際社群交流分享，並提升了臺灣有機農業在國際舞台上的能見度。
Over the course of three days, the congress welcomed more than 2,500 attendees, making it a truly rare and remarkable international gathering. Through this event, Taiwan exchanged with the global organic agriculture community and further enhanced the visibility of Taiwan’s organic agriculture at the international stage.
